A. Is the correct school name showing at the bottom of the login page?
Go to www.starz.org.uk elect the correct school name - type your username and password carefully! | A. Either the accounts or the community hasn't been set up correctly... heas their password been changed or forgotten?
Go to administer the account or community and select the appropriate colour and theme (starter or improver) | | |
